Background Information

The Villas at Mt Crested Butte is a 44 unit single family development located on Gothic Road in Mt Crested Butte across from Crested Butte Mountain Resort. All units are two or three-level town homes with two units in each building. At present there are three undeveloped lots. The development was created as a Planned Urban Development (PUD), as approved by the Town. Building began in 1994 and the last unit was completed in 2009. All units are individually owned, mostly by second home owners.
